Join the Making the Future teams in the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) and Nerve Centre, in partnership with the Rural Community Network, for this free virtual programme that will explore the stories and sounds of everyday life on both sides of the border.
Your stories will be turned into an exciting virtual reality film by the Making the Future team.
How will the programme work?
~ Take part in a series of creative and fun workshops, including creative writing and soundscaping, to capture your story of living near the border.
~ Take a virtual tour of PRONI’s archives and learn more about how we preserve our shared history.
~ Receive a virtual reality kit in the post and join Jamie McRoberts (Lead VR/AR Developer at Retinize) for a fascinating introduction to virtual reality storytelling.
Sessions will be delivered online via Zoom and Slack - all with the support of the Making the Future team.

This programme is FREE and open to anyone based on or near the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. No experience in virtual reality is required.
