Making the Future is delighted to partner with Nerve Centre's Music Hothouse for a series of Creative Hothouses in Music, Filmmaking, Photography and Digital Design, all taking place concurrently over midterm break, 15-19 February.
Music Hothouse is an intensive five days of music creation and performance workshops, led by renowned industry professionals February 15-19. We will push songwriters’ creative talents to the max and hone the creativity, composition and collaboration skills of musical masters and novices alike.
Running alongside the music workshops will be a five-day creative industries programme where participants will create their own unique films, photography exhibition and learn how to use graphic design technologies to enhance their creativity.
In addition to mentored, accredited, practical hands on skills you will engage in panel talks with Creative Industry pros, networking with like minded young innovators and content creation in your chosen area.
Hothouse creatives will develop musicianship, write and record an album, make films, form bands, design logos and branding, perform with like-minded young individuals and get a kick-start into the music and creative industries.
All you need to take part is a creative and adventurous spirit.
This programme is supported by Northern Ireland Screen.
Delivered in partnership with the Making the Future Project, funded by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
