FOLKTALES CREATIVE WRITING PROGRAMME

This programme is now full.

Folktales is a new online engagement programme using creative writing and collecting to take you on a journey of the past, present and future.

The programme will feature a series of online video masterclasses and workshops with leading folklorists, writers and artists, helping you to produce your own piece of creative writing.

How will it work?

-- You will receive a special Making the Future pack in the post including materials to help get you started.

-- Take part in a creative writing masterclass with award winning author Jan Carson and create your own work.

-- Hear from folklorist Linda Ballard and writer Jane Talbot about the history of their crafts and be inspired to bring forward stories from your own past.

-- Join an online community through Slack to share your work and your thoughts with other participants.

This programme is FREE and open to anyone based in Northern Ireland or border counties. Numbers are limited, sign up early to avoid disappointment.

Participants must be aged 16 or over to take part in this project.
