A fascinating exploration of our food traditions and the future of food culture with leading foodie experts!
About this event
Is Ulster cuisine really just champ and tobacco onions? The Food We Share is a free online programme that will explore the role of food in our culture, inspire you to try new recipes and have your traditions preserved for future generations.
How will it work?
-- You will take part in 6 fun online sessions that will take you on a journey through the history & future of food in Ulster via chats and demos with those who know.
--You will be joined by experts such as well-known food historian and commentator Máirtín Mac Con Iomaire, local forager Claire Thompson, and celebrity chefs Brian McDermott & Paula McIntyre.
-- Through our private online Slack community, you will have the opportunity to share and discuss recipes with others from the group.
-- Your stories, memories, experiences and recipes will be brought together into a new online resource to share with your friends and family.
