Take part in TikTok Filmmaking Programme

Learn how to create your own TikTok videos with the help of industry facilitators

About this event

Are you aged 12-16 and an aspiring TikToker?

Join PRONI in this free online programme where you will get the opportunity to:

  • Take part in a hands-on Acting Workshop and enhance your acting skills for the small screen
  • Learn how to film and edit videos using your own smartphone or tablet device with Robert Fitzhugh (Dublin Smartphone Film Festival)
  • Engage with other participants through four Zoom calls and share your work with each other through our safe community on Slack.
  • Create TikTok styled videos inspired by PRONI's fascinating archives.

*You will need access to a smartphone to take part in this programme.

This programme is FREE and open to young people aged 12-16 based in Northern Ireland or border counties. No filmmaking experience or access to TikTok required.

Workshops take place on Zoom on the below days from 10am to 1pm. Availability to attend each day is required:

  • 5 July
  • 7 July
  • 8 July
  • 9 July
